Supportive staff, unbeatable location, superb service. Well-appointed & bright unit with tasteful decoration, a very comfortable bed, a balcony. Could use their reasonably priced parking.

Stunning location and public parking was a bonus. We had a sensational meal in the morning, also exceptional food at the sports bar. The bed was good and it was great having climate control, soundproof windows and good Internet. The staff were eager to help with all our needs.

Fairly clean hotel with perfect location in San Sebastian next to the bus station and old town, station. Lighting was natural.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and big size. Absolutely stunning view of sea. The breakfast was above average with plenty of tasty food on offer. Secure location and very good service in the venue.

location and staff were outstanding, simply an ideal hotel. i booked a cosy bedroom. it was easy walk to san sebastian city centre. easy check-in too. i loved my very good stay.

The venue was fairly clean, offered fabulous staff and location. Contemporary furniture - let me feel at home. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area. Warm reception:)))

The reason we loved it was good location and stuff. The room was sizable and there was free wifi. A supermarket and stores where right next door.
